This photo was taken at the parking lot near the "Barn" on campus. The trash was put put here for pick-up I assume by the cleaning staff, however when I snapped the photo no one was in sight and the winds were blowing at close to 25 mph. One bag was already blown off the pile into the parking lot. I can't imagine that the rest of these bags stayed put for very long.
