Garbage exports: Shipment of CRT monitors falsely labelled, bound for Vietnam

This just in from Waste and Recycling News (http://www.wasterecyclingnews.com): Canadian and US companies seeking to export CRTs monitors (which contain lots of lead) to Vietnam without proper authorization. Ah, e-waste....
